Best Crypto to Buy as Saylor & Crypto Execs Meet in US Treasury Council

2025/09/18 00:27

Michael Saylor and a group of crypto executives met in Washington, D.C. yesterday to push for the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill (the BITCOIN Act), which would see the U.S. acquire up to 1M $BTC over five years.

With Bitcoin being positioned yet again as a cornerstone of national monetary policy, many investors are turning their eyes to projects that lean into this narrative – altcoins, meme coins, and presales that could ride on the same wave.

Read on for three of the best crypto projects that seem especially well‐suited to benefit from this macro shift:  Bitcoin Hyper, Best Wallet Token, and Remittix.

These projects stand out for having a strong use case and high adoption potential, especially given the push for a U.S. Bitcoin reserve.

Why the Bitcoin Reserve Bill Matters for Crypto Markets

The strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill could mark a turning point for the U.S. approach to digital assets.

The proposal would see America build a long-term Bitcoin reserve by acquiring up to one million $BTC over five years.

To make this happen, lawmakers are exploring creative funding methods such as revaluing old gold certificates. The plan also leans on confiscated Bitcoin already held by the government, worth an estimated $15–20B.

This isn’t just a headline for policy wonks. It signals that Bitcoin is moving from the margins into the core of financial strategy.

Industry figures like Michael Saylor, Senator Cynthia Lummis, and Marathon Digital’s Fred Thiel are all backing the bill. They see Bitcoin not just as an investment, but as a hedge against systemic risks.

For the wider crypto market, this opens the door for projects tied to Bitcoin and the infrastructure that supports it.

1. Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) – Turning Bitcoin Into More Than Just Digital Gold

The U.S. may soon treat Bitcoin as a strategic reserve, but what about actually using it? That’s where Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) comes in.

While Bitcoin has become the ultimate store of value, its network is slow, expensive, and not built for modern-day crypto culture. Bitcoin Hyper fixes that.

It’s a Layer 2 ecosystem built on the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), which means sub-second transactions, near-zero fees, and compatibility with one of the fastest blockchains in the world.

In practice, this gives Bitcoin the execution layer it has always lacked.

Think payments, dApps, DeFi, and even meme coins – all powered by Bitcoin itself.

Developers can build freely, assets move cross-chain from day one, and users finally get a network that can handle the speed and scale of real adoption. It’s basically Bitcoin with a facelift.

At today’s presale price of $0.012935, Bitcoin Hyper has already raised $16.4M.

If lawmakers are serious about stacking Bitcoin, projects that unleash its utility could ride that momentum. $HYPER positions itself as both the fuel and the launchpad for the next Bitcoin era.

Use our guide to learn how to buy Bitcoin Hyper ($HYPER) right now.

2. Best Wallet Token ($BEST) – The Currency of Secure Adoption

If America is serious about stacking Bitcoin reserves, infrastructure tokens tied to adoption could see the biggest boost.

Holding $BEST unlocks reduced fees, higher staking rewards, early access to token launches, and even governance rights. In other words, it turns every user into more than just a customer. They become stakeholders in the platform itself.

That utility has caught attention early. The token is currently priced at $0.025655, with $15.9M already raised in presale.

As adoption grows, demand for $BEST could climb, since everything from presale participation to ecosystem rewards runs through it.

For retail buyers, $BEST doubles as a ticket to exclusive opportunities to join presales early and securely within the app.

With a growing user base, the token looks positioned as one of the best altcoins for those betting on the infrastructure that will carry Bitcoin into its reserve era.

Follow our guide to get your Best Wallet Token ($BEST) today.

3. Remittix ($RTX) – Powering Global Crypto-to-Fiat Transfers

If the U.S. moves ahead with a strategic Bitcoin reserve, the next big question is usability. How do governments, institutions, or even individuals move and spend digital assets in the real world?

Remittix ($RTX) is tackling exactly that problem with a crypto-to-fiat network that lets users pay directly into bank accounts in over 30 currencies.

The process is simple: send crypto, and the recipient gets fiat through local payment rails – fast, secure, and without hidden FX fees.

This model, called PayFi, could be a game-changer if demand for cross-border crypto settlement grows.

Remittix is already live in beta with its wallet, audited by CertiK, and the team has cleared KYC verification. It plans listings on major CEXs after the presale.

Tokenomics are capped at 1.5B supply, with deflationary mechanics built in.

At its current presale price of $0.1080, Remittix has raised an impressive $25.9M.

$RTX is positioning itself as one of the best crypto presales to benefit from a future where Bitcoin isn’t just stored but also used across borders.

The Best Crypto to Buy in a Bitcoin Reserve Era

With the U.S. potentially moving toward stockpiling Bitcoin via the BITCOIN Act, projects that align with that shift might be among the best crypto to buy in the near term.

Bitcoin Hyper, Best Wallet Token, and Remittix each bring a mix of utility, momentum, and relevance to the table.

BlackRock-backed GIP in talks to buy Aligned Data Centers for $40B

BlackRock-owned Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) is in advanced talks to acquire Aligned Data Centers in a deal that could value the company at about $40 billion. If successful, the deal would rank among the most significant technology infrastructure acquisitions of 2025 amid the rising interest in data centers and artificial intelligence. The negotiations are still ongoing, with a potential agreement to be announced soon. According to Bloomberg, the deal is not guaranteed, as terms could still change or the talks could fall apart. BlackRock expands its AI footprint through GIP Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) has steadily built a strong presence in the data center and AI sector. In 2021, GIP acquired Dallas-based CyrusOne in partnership with KKR & Co. in a $15 billion deal to take CyrusOne private. Acquiring Aligned, at nearly triple its valuation, would expand GIP’s holdings in digital infrastructure and reinforce BlackRock’s position in the growing AI ecosystem. BlackRock, owner of GIP, has been increasing its exposure to U.S. stocks and AI investments. Cryptopolitan covered a story highlighting its $185 billion model-portfolio platform, shifting allocations away from international developed markets. The asset manager rebalanced its entire suite last month, leaving portfolios 2% overweight equities. Key exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded high net inflows in September. The iShares S&P 100 ETF (OEF) recorded $3.4 billion in inflows, its largest in a single-day, while the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV) gained $2.3 billion. The iShares U.S. Equity Factor Rotation Active ETF (DYNF) added nearly $2 billion. At the same time, the iShares U.S. Technology ETF (IYW) experienced a $2.7 billion outflow, with almost $1.4 billion redirected into BlackRock’s AI-focused fund, the iShares AI Innovation and Tech Active ETF (BAI). BlackRock’s investment shows how U.S. markets offer higher earnings compared to other markets. American companies have delivered 11% growth since late 2024, compared to 2% abroad. BlackRock portfolio managers cited consistent sales growth and momentum in AI as key drivers.  Mubadala Investment Co., Abu Dhabi’s wealth fund, is also involved in the negotiations through its newly established AI-focused investment company MGX. Mubadala has previously invested in Aligned and has a strategic partnership with BlackRock. According to the report, MGX would make an independent commitment as part of the transaction. U.S. faces worker shortage crisis in a $6.7 trillion AI data center boom Aligned owns 78 data centers across 50 campuses in the United States and South America, which are designed to deliver scalable and energy-efficient computing performance. Macquarie and other institutional investors have supported its rapid growth. Aligned has also engaged in discussions with policymakers on expanding data center infrastructure to ensure that AI development is supported by sustainable and reliable digital capacity. In January, Aligned raised more than $12 billion in equity and debt commitments from investors, including Macquarie Asset Management. These commitments helped advance its operations amid increased demand for AI-related capacity. Consulting firm McKinsey estimates that investments in AI-related infrastructure could reach $6.7 trillion by 2030, reflecting the scale of capital needed to meet future computing power requirements. However, challenges of labor shortage have been highlighted recently, posing a risk of delaying projects. According to Cryptopolitan’s recent post, big technology companies, including OpenAI, Meta, and Alphabet, face mounting challenges in building billion-dollar AI data centers, as labor shortages threaten to delay projects across the U.S.  The National Association of Manufacturers said that the U.S. construction industry will require nearly 500,000 additional workers in 2025, while manufacturing is projected to face a 1.9 million-worker gap by 2033. The Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) said its members already face an 8.5-month backlog on data center projects, with unemployment in the construction sector falling to historic lows.  If you're reading this, you’re already ahead. (Photo by Katja Ogrin/Redferns) Redferns Nu metal’s resurgence has taken over the heavy music scene and Limp Bizkit have once again proved that with their latest single, “Making Love to Morgan Wallen.” The single is currently No.1 on a number of Billboard charts including Hot Hard Rock Songs, Alternative Digital Song Sales, and Hard Rock Digital Song Sales charts. According to Billboard, Limp Bizkit’s new single has amassed over 2.6 million US streams since September 18th. Limp Bizkit’s New Single “Making Love to Morgan Wallen” “Making Love to Morgan Wallen” is the first Limp Bizkit track to hit No.1 on a Billboard songs chart since their 1999 single, “Re-Arranged.” While the new song is stand-alone single, it’s one of the best tracks Limp Bizkit has put out in well over a decade – the band’s 2020 comeback album Still Sucks was fairly underwhelming. Between Fred Durst’s quirky and borderline corny bars and Wes Borland’s bouncy riffs, “Making Love to Morgan Wallen” feels like the type of song fans were expecting to hear on their highly anticipated comeback LP. It’s not going to win over any new fans, but it will certainly please the loyal nu metal fans that have stuck with the band even after their disastrous Woodstock ’99 performance. However, Limp Bizkit’s newfound popularity isn’t just with their original nu metal fanbase. Gen Z has played a massive role in bringing nu metal back to the top of the heavy metal food chain, with acts like Korn, Deftones, and Slipknot seeing their biggest streaming numbers and headline shows to date. Limp Bizkit are currently rocking 20 million monthly listeners on Spotify,…
