Bitcoin Hyper Presale Surges Past $25M as Investors Bet Big on Layer-2 Solution

Bitcoin’s dominance in crypto is undeniable, but its underlying technology hasn’t kept pace with the industry’s growth. While newer blockchains like Sui and Solana race ahead with faster transactions, Bitcoin remains anchored to a rapidly aging design that prioritizes security over speed. For even the most die-hard BTC maxis, this has been incredibly frustrating.

Some Layer-2 solutions have already been intended to address the Layer-1 chain’s limitations – but adoption has been slow or non-existent, as most Bitcoin users don’t want to jump through inconvenient hoops to gain only marginal improvements.

Bitcoin Hyper (HYPER) is doing something different. It’s a Layer-2 designed to bring DeFi, NFTs, meme coin launchpads and more to Bitcoin, without the complexity that has hampered other attempts.

The ongoing HYPER token presale has now raised $25 million ahead of Bitcoin Hyper’s mainnet launch. If that launch goes well, BTC holders might finally be able to unlock their coins’ true potential.

Why Bitcoin Hyper Could Transform Bitcoin’s Usability

Bitcoin Hyper is built on the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM), and is designed to give Bitcoin the programmability it’s always lacked. You lock BTC on the main chain, and Bitcoin Hyper uses a “Canonical Bridge” system to mint an equivalent amount of Wrapped Bitcoin (WBTC) on the Layer-2, backed one-to-one with your original BTC.

Transactions on the L2 settle in under a second for near-zero fees, with ZK rollups batching security checks before anchoring back to Bitcoin. But there’s more to Bitcoin Hyper’s appeal than just faster transfers.

The new L2 also opens the door to features that Bitcoin can’t natively support – including meme coin launchpads, NFT marketplaces, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), and yield farming. Developers can build apps directly on top of Bitcoin’s security layer without having to worry about its lack of smart contract support.

Want to mint an NFT collection backed by BTC? Done. Or launch a meme coin that taps into Bitcoin’s brand recognition? That’s also possible. It’s a way of turning Bitcoin into a full DeFi “playground” without sacrificing the security that made it so famous in the first place.

Inside the HYPER Token Presale – And What Comes After

The Bitcoin Hyper presale has just hit $25 million, with HYPER tokens priced at $0.013175. Each stage bumps the price up slightly, so early buyers lock in a lower entry point before the next stage kicks in. You can purchase HYPER using ETH, SOL, BNB, USDT, or USDC – or even pay by bank card.

What sets this presale apart from many other competing projects is its staking mechanism. Buyers can stake their HYPER tokens immediately and earn an estimated 47% APY while waiting for the launch. Over 1.1 billion HYPER tokens are already locked up.

Once the presale ends, the team plans a DEX listing with 10% of the total HYPER supply reserved for liquidity and exchange operations. CEX listings are expected to follow, and that’s what could really take Bitcoin Hyper to the next level.

CEXs provide accessibility, as users who don’t want to navigate the DeFi space can buy directly with fiat. They also open the door to retail demand, which historically drives price action for new crypto projects with a meme theme (such as Bitcoin Hyper).

Why Bitcoin Hyper Might Outmatch Other Bitcoin Layer-2s

Most Bitcoin Layer-2 projects have struggled to gain traction. Part of the problem is technical complexity – opening payment channels, managing liquidity, and bridging between chains all create friction that turns off casual users. BTC holders don’t want to deal with this.

Then there’s the ecosystem gap. Compared to Ethereum’s Layer-2s, Bitcoin’s existing options have low liquidity, limited dApps, and minimal DeFi or NFT activity. And security concerns haven’t helped either. Semi-centralized bridges and small validator sets make users nervous, especially after high-profile exploits in other parts of crypto.

Bitcoin Hyper’s team hopes to break that pattern. As the first Bitcoin Layer-2 to use the SVM, it can match the speed and programmability of other top scaling solutions while staying anchored to Bitcoin.

More importantly, it’s tapping into meme culture to drive growth – the same tactic that turned Dogecoin and other meme tokens into multi-billion-dollar assets. So, if it delivers on its early promise, Bitcoin Hyper could solve the problem that has plagued BTC for years: what to do with the coin besides just holding.

The post Why The Green Bay Packers Must Take The Cleveland Browns Seriously — As Hard As That Might Be appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers are off to a 2-0 start. Getty Images The Green Bay Packers are, once again, one of the NFL’s better teams. The Cleveland Browns are, once again, one of the league’s doormats. It’s why unbeaten Green Bay (2-0) is a 8-point favorite at winless Cleveland (0-2) Sunday according to betmgm.com. The money line is also Green Bay -500. Most expect this to be a Packers’ rout, and it very well could be. But Green Bay knows taking anyone in this league for granted can prove costly. “I think if you look at their roster, the paper, who they have on that team, what they can do, they got a lot of talent and things can turn around quickly for them,” Packers safety Xavier McKinney said. “We just got to kind of keep that in mind and know we not just walking into something and they just going to lay down. That’s not what they going to do.” The Browns certainly haven’t laid down on defense. Far from. Cleveland is allowing an NFL-best 191.5 yards per game. The Browns gave up 141 yards to Cincinnati in Week 1, including just seven in the second half, but still lost, 17-16. Cleveland has given up an NFL-best 45.5 rushing yards per game and just 2.1 rushing yards per attempt. “The biggest thing is our defensive line is much, much improved over last year and I think we’ve got back to our personality,” defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz said recently. “When we play our best, our D-line leads us there as our engine.” The Browns rank third in the league in passing defense, allowing just 146.0 yards per game. Cleveland has also gone 30 straight games without allowing a 300-yard passer, the longest active streak in the NFL.…

One Of Frank Sinatra’s Most Famous Albums Is Back In The Spotlight

The post One Of Frank Sinatra’s Most Famous Albums Is Back In The Spotlight appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew returns to the Jazz Albums and Traditional Jazz Albums charts, showing continued demand for his timeless music. Frank Sinatra performs on his TV special Frank Sinatra: A Man and his Music Bettmann Archive These days on the Billboard charts, Frank Sinatra’s music can always be found on the jazz-specific rankings. While the art he created when he was still working was pop at the time, and later classified as traditional pop, there is no such list for the latter format in America, and so his throwback projects and cuts appear on jazz lists instead. It’s on those charts where Sinatra rebounds this week, and one of his popular projects returns not to one, but two tallies at the same time, helping him increase the total amount of real estate he owns at the moment. Frank Sinatra’s The World We Knew Returns Sinatra’s The World We Knew is a top performer again, if only on the jazz lists. That set rebounds to No. 15 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart and comes in at No. 20 on the all-encompassing Jazz Albums ranking after not appearing on either roster just last frame. The World We Knew’s All-Time Highs The World We Knew returns close to its all-time peak on both of those rosters. Sinatra’s classic has peaked at No. 11 on the Traditional Jazz Albums chart, just missing out on becoming another top 10 for the crooner. The set climbed all the way to No. 15 on the Jazz Albums tally and has now spent just under two months on the rosters. Frank Sinatra’s Album With Classic Hits Sinatra released The World We Knew in the summer of 1967. The title track, which on the album is actually known as “The World We Knew (Over and…
