WINKLink, a decentralized oracle network that provides reliable and secure real-world data for blockchain applications, today announced a strategic collaboration with Atomic Wallet, a non-custodial decentralized wallet that allows users to manage multiple tokens through a single interface. The partnership facilitated the integration of WINKLink’s oracle infrastructure into Atomic Wallet’s network to enable the Web3 wallet to run a reliable and high-performance oracle solution across decentralized applications on its ecosystem.

Atomic Wallet is a decentralized, self-custody cryptocurrency wallet that allows people to safely store, receive, send, and manage multiple crypto assets. With the wallet, users can engage in multiple decentralized applications, including token swapping, DeFi access, staking, etc., all connected from various blockchain networks.

What This Partnership Means for Atomic Wallet

The move by Atomic Wallet to partner with WINKLink showcases its aims to further address challenges associated with the problematic “blockchain oracle problem”. This problem means the inability of blockchain networks to access reliable external data, a concern that makes them isolated networks and their DApps unable to function seamlessly. Today, many blockchain protocols strive to resolve this issue, an indicator showing the need to maintain the efficient functioning of DApps.

Through this integration, Atomic Wallet leverages WINKLink’s oracle infrastructure to provide it with real-world data fees to allow it to power secure and scalable decentralized applications on its DeFi wallet ecosystem. WINKLink is a reliable decentralized oracle network that offers rapid, verifiable, and cost-effective data feeds for various Web3 protocols. The incorporation of WINKLink’s high-performing data infrastructure with real-time on-chain verification enables Atomic Wallet to run a new wave of secure and scalable DApps across Web3 networks.

As a Web3 app, Atomic Wallet manages numerous functions across diverse decentralized platforms, allowing people to transact tokens, manage liquidity, and engage in cross-chain swapping, staking, etc. Accuracy and reliability of data are crucial to crypto wallets’ functioning and Web3 applications. By acquiring reliable data from WINKLink’s decentralized oracle network, Atomic Wallet enhances its offerings to its users with on and off-chain blockchain data in real-time.

With this integration, Atomic Wallet brings advanced usability and security for decentralized applications on its platform through reliable oracle data offered by WINKLink. According to the latest data from DeFiLlama, WINKLink is among the prominent oracle network providers, following the big names (Pyth, RedStone, and Chainlink). Through the partnership, WINKLink helps Atomic Wallet to bring high-functioning, reliable DApps to the Web3 community and make the decentralized world more seamless, transparent, and connected.

The post China drops Google antitrust case as U.S.-China talks focus on TikTok and Nvidia appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Beijing is shelving its antitrust case against Google, as the United States and China ramp up negotiations over TikTok and Nvidia during a tense period in relations. People briefed on the matter said China’s State Administration for Market Regulation chose to end the competition inquiry into Google, a status in Chinese called “zhongzhi”, the Financial Times reported on Thursday, The FT added that Google has not yet received formal paperwork confirming the closure of the case. After talks with Chinese counterparts in Madrid, U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said a September 17 deadline that could have disrupted the popular social media app in the United States pushed negotiators toward a possible agreement. He noted the deadline could be extended by 90 days to finish the terms, without giving specifics. Bessent said that when commercial details are made public, the arrangement would keep cultural features of TikTok that Chinese negotiators want to protect. “They’re interested in Chinese characteristics of the app, which they think are soft power. We don’t care about Chinese characteristics. We care about national security,” Bessent told reporters at the close of two days of meetings. Trump hinted at possible Chinese stake in TikTok Asked whether China might hold a stake, former President Donald Trump said, “We haven’t decided that but it looks to me, and I’m speaking to President Xi on Friday, for confirmation of that.” A Trump has said the platform aided his re-election last year, and his personal account counts 15 million followers. The White House launched an official TikTok account last month. Any deal may still need approval from the Republican-led Congress. In 2024, Congress passed a law saying TikTok must be sold because of worries that China could access U.S. user data and use it for spying or influence. The Trump administration has…
