Best Crypto Presale December 2025: As IMF Flags Stablecoin Risks, DeepSnitch AI Tops New Crypto ICOs List

podium main7

The IMF has issued a stark warning on the risks posed by fragmented stablecoin regulation, highlighting inefficiencies and macroeconomic vulnerabilities across the global crypto markets. As lawmakers scramble to unify policy, savvy investors are shifting focus from overregulated coins to early-stage opportunities with bigger upside.

That’s why all eyes are now on DeepSnitch AI, one of the best crypto presale projects in December 2025. Its Stage 2 raise has already crossed $671,000, and at just $0.02629, it’s up 74% from launch. In this article, we’ll cover the top three new crypto ICOs for December 2025.

IMF flags stablecoin risks as investors pivot to early access token sales

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has released a critical report on the growing risks in the stablecoin market, citing regulatory fragmentation, poor interoperability, and macroeconomic exposure as top concerns. The report highlights that leading stablecoins like USDT and USDC are heavily backed by U.S. Treasurys and even Bitcoin, increasing systemic vulnerability.

Despite the GENIUS Act’s progress in the U.S., the IMF warns that regulation alone is not enough. Instead, strong macroeconomic policies and institutional safeguards must form the first line of defense.

With over $300 billion locked in stablecoins and governments still struggling to catch up, retail and institutional players alike are reassessing how they allocate capital. This shift is driving increased attention toward early access token sales, where macro constraints are less pronounced.

Best 3 crypto presales December 2025

DeepSnitch AI (DSNT): Best crypto presale overall

DeepSnitch AI is rapidly emerging as the best crypto presale of December 2025, combining cutting-edge AI with real-world utility. Built for anyone seeking alpha in Web3, the project features a suite of intelligent agents designed to scan, audit, and expose smart contract risks in real time.

For example, one of the platform’s flagship agents, SnitchScan, acts like an AI-powered security analyst, flagging rug pulls and malicious code before you commit capital. With its dashboard and three AI agents already live, DeepSnitch is delivering on its promises.

And investors are beginning to take notice. In Stage 2, DeepSnitch AI has raised over $671,000, with its token price jumping 74% from $0.01510 to $0.02629. That momentum reflects growing conviction that DSNT could replicate or exceed the 100x trajectories seen in previous new crypto ICOs like MATIC or even SOL.

With macro headwinds pushing investors toward early access token sales, DeepSnitch AI offers both tech substance and asymmetric upside, making it the best crypto presale for December 2025.

Mono Protocol: Cross-chain convenience, but high valuation risk

Mono Protocol (MONO) is gaining attention as one of the best crypto presales in the DeFi space as a “chain-abstraction” platform promising seamless, MEV-resilient execution across Ethereum, Solana, Arbitrum, and more. With over $3.76 million raised in Stage 19 of its presale, Mono is nearing its $3.8M target at $0.0550 per token, representing an estimated 809% upside if it hits its $0.50 launch price.

But that valuation is a double-edged sword. Critics point to an already-high FDV, complex tokenomics, and launch-stage inflation as red flags. While Mono’s tech may appeal to devs, many investors prefer the simpler, lower-cap opportunity offered by DeepSnitch AI.

BlockSACK: Meme-fueled fun meets risky fundamentals

Built on Base, BlockSACK (BSACK) is pushing meme culture to the edge with its NSFW NFTs, gaming rewards, and soon-to-launch trading bot. Despite its wild branding, it has utility aspirations, including staking, copy trading, and social-Fi engagement. The presale has raised $15,824, with the current token price at $0.00697, still far below its $0.01352 final target.

But red flags persist: anonymous developers, minimal KYC, and an extremely speculative tone. While it may catch short-term attention, many investors chasing high-potential presales are leaning toward fundamentally sound plays like DeepSnitch AI.

What’s the verdict?

Between the IMF’s regulatory warnings and macro uncertainty, investors are hunting for asymmetric upside. While MONO shows promise and BlockSACK leans into meme mania, only DeepSnitch AI blends real-time utility, strong tokenomics, and explosive upside potential.

With a live dashboard, AI tools already delivering, and a Stage 2 price of $0.02629, this is hands-down the best crypto presale to watch in December. And with bonus codes like DSNTVIP50 for a 50% bonus on purchases above $2,000, and DSNTVIP100 for a 100% bonus on purchases above $5,000 live through January 1, early investors can grab a bunch of DSNT before it goes live on the market in January 2026.

Grayscale ETF Tracking XRP, Solana and Cardano to Hit Wall Street After SEC Pause

The post Grayscale ETF Tracking XRP, Solana and Cardano to Hit Wall Street After SEC Pause appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. In brief The SEC said that Grayscale’s Digital Large Cap Fund conversion into an ETF is approved for listing and trading. The fund tracks the price of Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Cardano. Other ETFs tracking XRP and Dogecoin began trading on Thursday. An exchange-traded fund from crypto asset manager Grayscale that tracks the price of XRP, Solana, and Cardano—along with Bitcoin and Ethereum—was primed for its debut on the New York Stock Exchange, following long-sought approval from the SEC.  In an order on Wednesday, the regulator permitted the listing and trading of Grayscale’s Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC), following an indefinite pause in July. The SEC meanwhile approved of generic listing standards for commodity-based products, paving the way for other crypto ETFs. A person familiar with the matter told Decrypt that GDLC is expected to begin trading on Friday. Unlike spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs that debuted in the U.S. last year, GDLC is modeled on an index tracking the five largest and most liquid digital assets. Bitcoin represents 72% of the fund’s weighting, while Ethereum makes up 17%, according to Grayscale’s website. XRP, Solana, and Cardano account for 5.6%, 4%, and 1% of the fund’s exposure, respectively. “The Grayscale team is working expeditiously to bring the FIRST multi-crypto asset ETP to market,” CEO Peter Mintzberg said on X on Wednesday, thanking the SEC for its “unmatched efforts in bringing the regulatory clarity our industry deserves.” Decrypt reached out to Grayscale for comment but did not immediately receive a response. Meanwhile, Dogecoin and XRP ETFs from Rex Shares and Osprey funds began trading on Thursday. The funds are registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, a distinct set of rules compared to the process most asset managers have sought approval for crypto-focused products under.
