  • Bitget launches its first Global Stock Futures Championship with a $1.55M prize pool.
  • Traders compete in team battles, solo PnL challenges, and creator-led contests.
  • The event blends global equity trading with a crypto-native, gamified platform.

Bitget, the world’s largest universal exchange, has launched its first Global Stock Futures Championship with a total prize pool of 1,551,000 USDT. The competition runs from January 23 to February 11, 2026 (UTC+8).

The event brings together professional traders, new talents, and global crypto communities, combining stock futures trading with competition, teamwork, and rewards.

Team Battle Takes Center Stage With $940K in Rewards

The championship centers on a Team Battle, where traders compete together for 940,000 USDT in rewards. Of this, 700,000 USDT will be shared among the top 30 teams based on profit and loss (PnL).

To boost early participation, Bitget is offering 200,000 USDT in Early Bird rewards to the first 10,000 users who join teams and complete qualifying trades between January 26 and January 28. Team leaders can also earn a share of 40,000 USDT in Team Captain Awards for building and guiding top-performing teams.

Individual PnL Challenge Rewards Top Solo Traders

For solo traders, the Individual PnL Challenge offers 300,000 USDT in rewards, shared among the top 100 traders worldwide based on performance.

Bitget is also launching the Star Trader Challenge for crypto creators and influencers, with a total prize pool of 101,000 USDT. Of this, 100,000 USDT will go to the top three performers, while a 1,000 USDT community voting pool lets users back and predict the winning creator, making the event more interactive.

Challenge Center Adds Daily Rewards

The Challenge Center adds a gamified layer to the event, distributing 100,000 USDT through daily and full-period tasks. Traders who complete missions can earn Mystery Boxes with tokenized stocks, trading vouchers, Bitget merchandise, and other rewards.

New Users Get 110,000 USDT Welcome Airdrop

To attract new users, Bitget is offering a 110,000 USDT welcome airdrop. All participants receive a 50,000 USDT welcome gift, while new users who sign up and trade at least 100 USDT in stock futures can unlock an extra 60,000 USDT airdrop, including guaranteed tokenized stock rewards.

Bridging Global Equities and Crypto-Native Trading

Launching during peak earnings season, the Global Stock Futures Championship uses heightened market volatility to test traders’ skills. Bitget says the event aligns with its vision of bringing global equity markets into a real-time, borderless, crypto-native trading environment.

With team competitions, individual challenges, and community participation, Bitget’s first championship marks a new way for traders to engage with traditional markets through digital asset infrastructure.

Headwind Helps Best Wallet Token

The post Headwind Helps Best Wallet Token appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. Google has announced the launch of a new open-source protocol called Agent Payments Protocol (AP2) in partnership with Coinbase, the Ethereum Foundation, and 60 other organizations. This allows AI agents to make payments on behalf of users using various methods such as real-time bank transfers, credit and debit cards, and, most importantly, stablecoins. Let’s explore in detail what this could mean for the broader cryptocurrency markets, and also highlight a presale crypto (Best Wallet Token) that could explode as a result of this development. Google’s Push for Stablecoins Agent Payments Protocol (AP2) uses digital contracts known as ‘Intent Mandates’ and ‘Verifiable Credentials’ to ensure that AI agents undertake only those payments authorized by the user. Mandates, by the way, are cryptographically signed, tamper-proof digital contracts that act as verifiable proof of a user’s instruction. For example, let’s say you instruct an AI agent to never spend more than $200 in a single transaction. This instruction is written into an Intent Mandate, which serves as a digital contract. Now, whenever the AI agent tries to make a payment, it must present this mandate as proof of authorization, which will then be verified via the AP2 protocol. Alongside this, Google has also launched the A2A x402 extension to accelerate support for the Web3 ecosystem. This production-ready solution enables agent-based crypto payments and will help reshape the growth of cryptocurrency integration within the AP2 protocol. Google’s inclusion of stablecoins in AP2 is a massive vote of confidence in dollar-pegged cryptocurrencies and a huge step toward making them a mainstream payment option. This widens stablecoin usage beyond trading and speculation, positioning them at the center of the consumption economy. The recent enactment of the GENIUS Act in the U.S. gives stablecoins more structure and legal support. Imagine paying for things like data crawls, per-task…
