Flare, whose ticker symbol is FLR, is a Layer 1 blockchain built on the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM). There are two main goals that Flare aims to complete: interoperability between blockchains and enabling Web 2.0 data.

To promote the Flare ecosystem, Flare has an airdrop program. These airdrops are scheduled in a structured manner and follow strict operational guidelines.

Overview of Flare Airdrop Schedule

The entire Flare airdrop program is scheduled over a period of 36 months. A total of 24.2 billion FLR is allocated for the airdrop. This accounts for approximately 59.3% of the total Flare supply.

Flare airdrops must be claimed within 67 days once the airdrop has been processed. Any unclaimed tokens will be burned permanently after the said period of 67 days.

The Flare airdrop program began on 17th March 2023 and will continue until January 30th, 2026.

Within these 36 months, the monthly distribution occurs every 30 days. An approximate amount of 670 million FLR is airdropped during these 36 monthly installments, each after 30 days of the previous airdrop.

The last airdrop was on 1st November 2025, with an approximate amount of 676 million FLR tokens airdropped.

According to the schedule, the upcoming FLR airdrop is scheduled for 1st December 2025. This airdrop is also expected to contain an approximate 676 million FLR. The airdrop after December 1st is scheduled to arrive by 31st December 2025. This airdrop will also contain an approximate FLR token count of 676 million.

According to the official Flare network website, the final airdrop will occur on January 30th, 2026, which is expected to contain an approximate value of 584 million FLR.

There are clear instructions and criteria for claiming these airdrops. You have to follow them exactly if you are to receive these airdrops.

Eligibility Criteria for Airdrop

From the total supply of FLR tokens for each drop, allocation eligibility is determined by the amount of WFLR (Wrapped Flare Tokens) held and FLR staked on the P-chain. The P-chain is a part of the Flare network. P-chain is what is responsible for managing consensus and validator operations, including staking and reward distribution on the network.

To calculate how much of the airdrop should be allocated to each holder, there is a “holdings calculation period”. This holdings calculation period commences 23 days before the actual airdrop. The number of Flaredrop tokens that a wallet can claim depends on the amount of WFLR held and FLR staked in relation to the whole supply of held WFLR and staked FLR.

There is an additional rule where no Flare-related person or collective can use their tokens or staked assets to claim any part of the airdrop.

Claiming The Airdrop

Your portion of the airdrop can be claimed from the Flare portal or by using the Flare block explorer. You must connect your wallet to the Flare portal, and your claimable rewards will be displayed automatically. By simply clicking on the claim button, you can claim your tokens from the Flare portal.

If you are using the Bifrost wallet, you can set up an autoclaiming method, which will automatically claim your share of the airdrop once it is released.

Steps For Setting Up Auto-Claim Using Bifrost Wallet

1. After opening the wallet to navigate to the Flare coin details, click on either Flare (FLR) or Wrapped Flare (WFLR).

2. Once you are in the token details section, you have to access the delegation overview next. To do so, click on the more button, represented by three dots. Clicking on the more button will open a context menu. This appears as a drop-down menu. Click on delegate from the drop-down menu.

3. Within the delegation overview menu, you will find a section called the rewards section. Here you will see that the auto claiming is set to disabled. To set the auto claiming properly, you must click on the View More button above the rewards section.

4. Inside, you will find that the Bifrost Claim Bot is set to off. Turn the toggle on to set up auto claiming. Once you turn the toggle on, you will be asked to provide a confirmation. To provide the confirmation, click on the confirm button in the pop-up that asks for the confirmation.

Final Thoughts

Claiming the airdrop for Flare is a fairly easy and straightforward process. With advanced wallets like Bifrost, you can even set up auto claiming, which is really helpful. Always remember that any tokens that are worthy of a claim if not claimed within 67 days from the airdrop will be automatically burned forever. So never miss your airdrop claim opportunity.

With a properly structured airdrop system in place, Flare, the Layer 1 blockchain on the Ethereum Virtual Machine, is aiming to improve its popularity. The airdrop turns out to be a great way for users to claim FLR while reaping the benefits of the staking program.

Fed Rate Cuts May Push Crypto Prices Up As ‘Digital Gold’ Replaces TradFi

The post Fed Rate Cuts May Push Crypto Prices Up As ‘Digital Gold’ Replaces TradFi appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. FX168 Financial News (North America) reports that cryptocurrency polymath Eric Trump has said that President Trump’s consistent advocacy of a Federal Reserve interest rate cut could push up cryptocurrency prices significantly. A rate cut would make interest-bearing safe assets less attractive. It would prompt investors to turn to speculative assets such as stocks and Bitcoin (BTC-USD).  Historically, cryptocurrencies typically rise during easing cycles, albeit not in a straight line. A rate cut could trigger a short-term rally. It could also signal economic weakness, which could drag down the performance of risky assets. In Eric Trump’s view, the digital asset industry is here to stay for the long haul. From there, the existence of proven cloud mining platforms has high benefits. What is Cloud Mining? XiuShan Mining cloud mining is a way to allow users to mine cryptocurrencies by renting computing power (arithmetic). A third party provides that computing power. Besides, users don’t need to purchase expensive mining equipment or perform technical maintenance themselves.  Users simply purchase a certain number of arithmetic contracts from the specialized XiuShan Mining cloud mining platform. That’s responsible for purchasing, deploying, operating, and maintaining the equipment, including power supply and technical management. Users can receive cryptocurrency revenue generated by mining on a pro rata basis according to the arithmetic power and lease term.  How Does Cloud Mining Work? Rented Arithmetic: Users select and purchase arithmetic contracts on the XiuShan Mining platform, which are typically measured in terms of hash rates (e.g., giga-hashes per second) that determine the amount of mining power. Mining Operations: XiuShan Mining uses its large mining facilities in remote data centers to validate blockchain transactions using the arithmetic power rented by users to solve complex mathematical problems. Distribution of Revenues: Cryptocurrency revenues generated by mining are distributed to users on a regular basis…
